Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–12 business days
  • Cost:
    • Free for orders $69 and above
    • $9.99 for orders under $69

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
  • Cost: $19.99

3. Shipping Time Breakdown

Total delivery time = Processing Time (1–3 days) + Shipping Time

Examples:

  • Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days total
  • Expedited Shipping: 6–10 business days total

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations within the United States.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can use this number to track the shipment status at any time.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.
  • We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information first
  2. If there is no update or issue shown, contact our support team
